Abdominal Burning sensation due to Hyperacidity-Cure Acidity at Home
Acidity and heartburn are caused by the bearing of too much acid in the abdomen that results in the irritation of the mucosa lining the stomach. Irritation results in the pain that is commonly referrred as heartburn type of pain. The excessive acid collected in the stomach reflexes from the stomach and comes out with sour or acidic type of taste in the mouth, especially when the stomach is empty.
Causes of Acidity and Heartburn
Some of the causes of acidity heartburn are illustrated as below:
Ingestion of hot and spicy foods
Eating in hurry with proper chewing the food.
Lack of sleep or inappropriate sleeping habit
Consumption of alcohol

Bananas helps in the reduction of acidity and heart burn by its alkaline action. So, eating a banana once a day will help to avoid acidity.
Get a mixture of two teaspoonful of normal apple cider vinegar and two teaspoonful of honey with a galss of cold and fresh water. This will avoid acidity. This is thewell known remedy in daily life.
Chewing of basil (tulsi ) leaves helps in relieving acidity and also gives relief from blazing, nausea and gas
