Defects in the genital organs may be structural(organic) or functional. To correct organic defects surgical measures have to be taken. Functional defects of these organs can be successfully treated by ayurvedic medicines. This condition is called vandhyata inayurveda and generally this is caused by simultaneous aggrevation of all the three doshas.
